Take the products out of the boxes, cut the bags and drain the vegetables (potatoes and carrots) in a perforated tray. Place the drained products in the containers, take the vegetables in equal parts and place them in a microwavesafe container. Cover the remaining product and store in the fridge. Regenerate the vegetables (one serving requires 120 seconds at 750 W) and season with salt and extra virgin olive oil, mixing evenly. Plate the heated product and garnish as desired. N.B. The product may also be regenerated in a steam oven.
