Take the product out of the box, open the bag and pour the sauce in a container or directly in a pan. Open the bigoli bag and take the desired amount. Reach the desired temperature of the sauce adding, if needed, hot broth to keep an excellent texture. Once the sauce is warm, add the amount of pasta corresponding to the amount of sauce; toss the bigoli until reaching the ideal serving temperature (80°). Plate and garnish as desired.
