Lasagne with pumpkin and rosemary
Preparation
IN A TRADITIONAL OVEN
Remove the protective film from the tray. Place the tray in the pre-heated ventilated oven set at 180°C for 30 minutes. Plate and serve.
IN THE MICROWAVE OVEN
Remove the protective film from the tray, place a portion of lasagne on a microwave-safe dish. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes at 750 W. Wait 30 seconds before serving.
Chef’s suggestions
Add an abundant sprinkle of grated Parmesan. Your Lasagne will be ready once you see a light golden crust on top. Take it out of the oven and let it slightly cool before plating. Garnish with a few leaves of fresh basil before serving.
