Pennette all’amatriciana

Preparation

Take the product out of the box, open the bag and pour the sauce in a container or directly in a pan.
Open the pasta bag and take the desired amount. Reach the desired temperature of the sauce adding, if needed, hot broth to keep an excellent texture. Once the sauce is warm, add the amount of pasta corresponding to the amount of heated sauce; toss the pasta and mix until reaching the ideal serving temperature (80°). Plate and garnish as desired.

Chef’s suggestions

The suggested proportion is: 100 g sauce with 150 g pasta. Serve the pasta all’amatriciana with grated Parmesan and fresh sage leaves.
